I really can’t download it .. I click on te big download button, then they ask me to fill the informations (name & email) .. when I do that, an error message said “Our records indicate that you are already subscribed to this list and have verified your subscription. ” .. But nothing but that happens

Whenever I click the link to the Ultimate pack, it gives me an error saying that the content couldn’t be found… is the package not available any more?
