		<description>thanks for the tutorial!  yours was the most explanatory i could find on the web :)

i encountered a problem when i applied the concept to my website.  the navigation bar seems to be misaligned right of center.  any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is there some part of css code only to apply to IE browsers?
